Airport Transfers (Optional)

Alicante or Murcia     €40 each way,  payable locally.  Must be pre-booked.

Cleaning/Laundry

On arrival          €50  payable locally by all guests to property manager.

Other times      Optional and by arrangement with property manager only.

Other Fees

Breakages          €100 returnable deposit to be paid to property manager on arrival.

Arrival pack         A price can be obtained depending on your grocery requirements.

Terms

A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost secures a booking.

The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment can be made by cheque to PN & J Townend or by Pay Pal.
